Billing Issues

Since July 2019 our account has been charged for 6 lines and we only have 5 phones. My wireless and DirectTV accounts were combined. Last month, it was recommended that my accounts be uncombined so that they can correct the issue. The old account number shows that I have a $200 credit, now my new account number shows that my new bill is over $700. No one can figure out how to get the credit from the old account number to the new account number. Now I have been on hold for over an hour and they transferred me to the business department and now being transferred back to the personal accounts department. Can I just go to small claims and break this contract? Been trying to resolve issues for almost one year! Ridiculous!
