Billing Issues and Questions

I checked my bill this month, and it was double from what it was last month. It seems I was:

-Charged an Upgrade Fee. I've already made that payment when I purchased the phone in-store.

-What is AT&T Next Up(SM) - phone upgrade feature?

Thank You,

The upgrade fee wasn't charged at time of purchase. What you paid was sales tax.

Next Up is the early upgrade program. Once your phone is 50% paid off you can turn it in in good condition for an early upgrade and remaining balance is waived. It's common for some retailers to add it by default, and you can opt out if you want.

Thanks for the quick response. I’m still looking for the receipt, but I suspect you are correct.

Thank you again for the quick response.
