Billing Issue - Sunday Ticket
I received a charge for the Sunday Ticket but I have documentation from three different chats where the representative told me the promotion was applied to my account and Sunday Ticket would be free. Who do I contact to provide this documentation to and get my bill adjusted? I tried contacting customer service but they said there's nothing in the notes and they can't help. I want to show the proof I was told it would be free. Thank you!
