Billing for multiple lines activated at different times

I recently ordered 5 phones and will be receiving them at different times.  If I activate one now and the others a week from now, how will I be billed?  This is for a new account.  Will each phone be prorated based on when it is activated and if so will the first line be charged as if there is one line, or as if there are 5?  Thanks

Greetings @bobsmith325918!

Let's look into your question about billing for multiple lines activated at different times. We want to advise that new accounts are billed in advance. Monthly Recurring Charges (MRCs) are billed one-month ahead.

If the activation date does not match the billing start date customers are only billed a partial-month charge for their MRCs from the activation date to the billing end date.

  • Airtime Minutes - Usage receives full package minutes.
  • Data and Text - Usage is prorated.

Learn more about what to expect when you receive your first bill.

We hope this info helps.
