Billing Email

I have set up my wireless account profile to send me email when a new bill is available.

I am sure that the email address is correct and is working properly.

See snapshot below.

But the email is never sent.

What do I need to do to get the billing email to actually be sent to me?

Robin,

As you can see from the snapshot I originally provided, I had already done everything you suggested.

So now I am changing my notification email to a Gmail address.

In a month we shall see if that works any better.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are here to help you in any way possible with your billing email issue. 

 

Have you made any particular changes with either your email or AT&T account?

 

The two things I might suggest double-checking would be that your email isn’t accidentally filtering the notifications in some way, and to check your billing notifications for any changes!

Also, let’s check to make sure your bill notifications are still set to email and have not been changed. To do this, please log into your myAT&T account then check the following:

 

At the top of the page, select myAT&T > Profile.

If you can access multiple accounts, click the Select button and choose your wireless account.

Scroll down to the Billing Notifications section and select Edit.

You may opt in or out of each type of listed billing notification using the toggle.

If you opt in, you can choose up to three numbers on your account to get these notifications via text message and select which addresses will receive them by email.

Select Save Changes to save your updates, or Cancel to keep the settings unchanged.

 

If your email is already set up for billing notifications, please check your email settings to ensure they are not being filtered into a spam or other folder.

 

If you need steps to check your email filter settings, they’ll typically be listed in your services help section.
