billing date
I want my billing date set back to 8th of the month, NOT the 2nd as you have changed to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't get my check until the 3rd of the month so the 2nd doesn't work for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This forum is not customer support. No one here can change your billing date. You need to call. Bill cycle dates and due date are not the same. Perhaps you weren’t clear on what you wanted changed.

Billing and due dates are fixed, and determined by your bill cycle. To change the due date, your entire cycle must be changed. Your bill cycle would have to end aroundthe 20th for the due date to be on the 8th, reliably.
Changing your bill cycle will mean you have one wonky bill with the extra days on it.
