I have the wireless plan where I pay for 3 lines and get 1 line free. This month, without explanation, they charged me for the 4th line. On my account it still says my plan is unlimited with 4th line free. I have spoke with 7 people at your company this morning. I have been transferred 6 times and disconnected once with no call back from you. I have been on the phone 2 hours and 11 minutes as of now. I cannot get an answer and they will not let me speak to a supervisor. I have been with AT&T since the 90’s.

That’s a very old plan. It was the first plan introduced when unlimited data was reintroduced, if memory serves me correctly. In any event, this forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account or bill. If calls aren’t getting results, escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
