Billing Account Number
I’m trying to sign up for paperless billing, and the first thing I needed to do was make an AT&T account. To make an account, I needed to enter my phone number and zip code and then I needed to add my billing account number. I have no idea what that is, and I have looked everywhere trying to find it. I read an article explaining how to find it and it said to look in the top right hand corner of your bill. But I don’t see it on there. I looked at all my other paperwork and I still can’t find it.

We are curious to know, what type of wireless account do you have with us, AT&T PREPAID or wireless postpaid. Also, the instruction you mentioned applies when you view your paper bill. This is a PDF file that is available for viewing when you login to view your bill.
