Billing account number from corporate account

I want to unlock my iPhone XR and the system asked for the last 4 digits of the billing account number. However, this is a corporate account (my firm is paying for the phone as well as the monthly payments) so I never receive the information regarding the billing account number. How should I proceed? Thanks!

If installments on the phone are still being paid, it's not eligible to be unlocked.

It sounds like the phone belongs to your employer, so if they would allow you to get it unlocked, they would need to provide the required information.

Good Morning @tiendat,

We are happy to provide you with some additional information you will find helpful.  @MicCheck is spot on.

Check out our Device unlock eligibility requirements. Please also understand the corporate account may be subject to other rules not listed on the site referenced above.  You would need to check with the firm who is paying for the device on what those rules are.
