I'm being charged $40 a month for at&t unlimited extra for my one phone. Then also being charged $45 a month for access for my smart phone. Am I paying twice for the same thing? Super confused

$80 for the plan, - $40 for a single line discount plus $45 for your line access minus $10 for your auto-pay and paperless discount total equals $75 which is exactly what is advertised online for unlimited extra single
