Yes I always set my bill to the 20th ot every month. And I called after recieving a bill for higher and now phone is shut off. Why do I owe this cause I have a payment confirmation on it. So now there dating I owe and qont turn my phone back on.

Thank you for the post! After your service has been turned off, you will need to be the full amount owed before service will be restored. Here is information about restoring your service.
