Bill for All Services
Called on 7/3/2017 about discrepancy in bill. As loyal customer i had found out that i was being billed $99 dollars for a device that was requested turned off before 2015. Now the exact date is being investigated and a nice person from Loyalty Dept gave me a number for investigation. As of 8/1/2017 I have not seen or heard from AT&T. I am a loyal customer since 2004. Now the last time I had to speak to 15 different employees and could not talk to the same one twice. $99 time 36 months is quite the rip off and I just don't know what to do.

I don't know if I'm in a position to offer any assistance because you didn't tell me what the line item on your bill says.
We're fellow AT&T customers. We can see your bill or case notes, but we can use the information you provide to help get things sorted out and point you in the right direction of someone from AT&T who can offer advanced support if necessary.
But we have to get answer to questions if we're going to do that.

@Dannothappy The $56 charge for your mothers phone has details, that is only the total. So does the iPad charge. Hit the + sign to expand the details.
Line fee, insurance , taxes, installments, etc.
Im wondering if the charge is because of your plan. Are you on an old plan? Paying for a separate data plan could effect cost. But still not $99 a month.
FYI. If your mother has passed, you can have the line canceled without further charge. ATT does allow for compassionate cancelations.
If you requested the iPad be canceled in 2015, I'm puzzled how you didn't notice your bill didn't go down. I check my bill every time I make a change.

I'd love to see a copy of that monthly $99 charge for that iPad, I've never seen or even heard of such a thing.
But on the other hand I don't see how you could miss an extra $99 charge on your bill every month too. There would be line/data charges too...
