Bill amount very far from what was expected



I recently signed up for four new lines (coming from another carrier), placed my order online (which as you will see in the screenshots, qualified me to get the activation fees waived).

We chose the Unlimited Extra plan which from my understand for four lines would come up to a total of 160 a month plus taxes and 'fees'...

This would give us unlimited calls, texts, and data up to 50gb at premium speed. 


My first bill came out to $599 which is absolutely insane. 

I am tempted to cancel the service as I am in the first fourteen days and find it absolutely unacceptable that my first bill would have so many mistakes in it.


Has this happened to anyone or is it an honest mistake?
