Bank Statement
Cancelled and returned product within the 14 day grace period. Have a receipt. Paid the restocking fee and got refunded for the phones. However, AT T continues to bill. The bill went from $300 to $1,000. There has been hours of calls and claims and notes on file. Now AT T tried pulling these charges from my bank acct twice which resulted in overdraft fees.
Continuing to charge me for something, I DO NOT HAVE. This is my unethical.

Did you cancel service? Just returning the phone doesn’t cancel service. You must call to cancel the line. Even if you did cancel, you needed to cancel within 3 days to avoid service charges. You would still get billed for a month+ of service and activation fee.
