Bait and switch lied to get my service

So I have direct tv and called to make payment and was offered a phone I just recently had signed up for sprint so I initially declined I called back to see pricing and the guy seemed very friendly and helpful I was informed that I would be getting my two lines of service unlimited n more along with my tv select package for a total cost of 165 and would receive 200 per line bill credit wich he said would take effect when I activate my phones. Now talking with different reps I have been told sever things I had a supervisor who was supposed call me back but did not inform me that would be a total of 165 a month for all services and my bill would be combined now they are telling me that there is no notes and are not sure who I spoke with but am told that they have no such promotions. All I'm asking is for me to get what i was promised I have had several reps tell me they will honor what was said but now magically there are no notes and there is no way to even get my bill that low . Now they are saying my monthly charges to be 207 before taxes I was promised 175 by sales rep 165 by manager that magically left no notes with taking the bill pay would offer 20off bringing my bill to 145/155

We understand your distress. When did you sign up for service? It can take up to two billing cycles for the credits to take effect. Please let us know.

they did the same crap to me and ive spent 30 hours talking to AT&T and they coyld care

Less about their customers and what was promised them.. gross I'm going to hire a attorney.
