avoid account going to a collection agency
It was expained to me my account with att wireless would be zeroed out since I did cancel my service 16 days early.
on 3-26-19 I called in and that was explained i got a bill for 16.85 on April 18th 2019 and att is refusing to honor what was to be expected
i went to att prepaid I was not any longer under contract please reply
