Autopay discount
I changed to paperless billing & autopay and was told I would receive a $10 discount per line, it’s been two months and I have not received any discount. Has anyone had a similar experience, if so, what course of action did you take?

Is your bill being auto paid yet? What plan do you have? The $10 per line discount only applies to current plans. Older plans either had no discount or a single $10 discount.
