Autopay discount

I changed to paperless billing & autopay and was told I would receive a $10 discount per line, it’s been two months and I have not received any discount.  Has anyone had a similar experience, if so, what course of action did you take?

Is your bill being auto paid yet? What plan do you have? The $10 per line discount only applies to current plans. Older plans either had no discount or a single $10 discount.

Let's meet in a direct message by locating the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the forums to look into your account for your autopay.

 

In the meantime, it will determine the plan that you are currently on from the following:

  • PREMIUM, ELITE, EXTRA, STARTER (includes UYW), AT&T Value Plus, AT&T Unlimited 55+, and AT&T 4G
    • This offers $10/mo. DISCOUNT ON EACH PHONE
  • MORE PREMIUM, &MORE, PLUS ENHANCED, & CHOICE ENHANCED
    • $20/mo. DISCOUNT WHEN 2+ PHONES ARE IN A GROUP OR $10/mo. DISCOUNT WHEN 1 PHONE IS IN A GROUP
  • PLUS, CHOICE, AND CHOICE II
    • $10/mo. DISCOUNT WHEN 2+ PHONES ARE IN A GROUP OR $5/mo. DISCOUNT WHEN 1 PHONE IS IN A GROUP
