Autopay Discount

I upgraded my phone in the summer (July/August billing cycle) and was told that I would receive $20/month discount for utilizing autopay. Here we are at the end of October and I've never had any discount applied. I've called twice to try to resolve the problem and have not had any changes made on my account.

What plan do you have? Not all plans get an autopay discount. You must also be signed up for paperless billing. In any event, this forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. If calls aren't getting results, file an FCC or BBB complaint.
