autopay discount sign-up

do i have to sign up for the discount? as i was enrolling with my debit card, it said i needed to go somewhere to sign up for the discount, but i clicked off that screen and can't find it again! i meet all the requirements.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community Forums! AutoPay is a great and easy way to get your bill paid. I am glad to hear you’re interesting in this and the discount it provides.

 

Currently, if you are on either the AT&T Unlimited Plus or AT&T Unlimited Choice plan, have AutoPay with an ACH or debit card, and are enrolled in paperless billing, you will receive the discount. This discount starts after 1-2 billing cycles.

i called earlier in the month because i did not see my auto pay discount, i spoke to the ATT rep and he said that i could use a credit card as a form of autopay and receive the discount.  He also went ahead and adjusted my account $10 for the month - i just want to make sure i will receive the auto pay discount going forward, otherwise, i will be making yet another phone call to ATT for the $10 adjustment.  It seems that folks are getting conflicting messages from what i read online/forum and what the ATT reps are saying

^^^ I have the same situation. One AT&T rep says autoPay will save you $5 per month..... Once my service began and I enrolled I didn't get the discount. Another call to AT&T and this person tells me the promotion ended
