Autopay did not work

I was enrolled in autopay. It did not work and my service was shut off. I went online and paid WITH THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD autopay had on file and charged me $50 instead of $40. I have tried calling 611 and the 800 # and it rings once and hangs up on me. This is the 2nd month in a row ive had issues with this prepaid plan. I want a refund and will change providers. This has hindered my business!

About your autopay error, we are curious to know:

  • how did you enroll for the autopay
  • when you login to your AT&T PREPAID, does it show that you are enrolled for autopay
  • did you change your card details recently
