Automatic Payment/ Plan Changed

what happens if i pause my automatic payment, how long can i wait to make my next payment? will they charge me for pausing my auto pay?

unlimited elite is the same pricing as unlimited extra, is this temporary price change? will the price go back up later in the future?

Interesting question @BigDaddy69

We'd be delighted to assist you!

Pausing/turning off the autopay feature will halt the payment method on file from being processed. However, it does not prevent nor extend the current bill that is due to a later due date. If you would like to extend a due date, you can review our AT&T Payment Arrangement article for more info.

If you have an active Autopay/Paperless billing discount included on your account, pausing the feature may affect the discount on your bill.

Also, please know that AT&T will notify you of any changes/updates on specific wireless plans.

We hope this helps, and have a great weekend!

You are not being charged more for not having autopay, you are being given a discount if you have autopay and paperless billing.

What does “AutoPay isn't ready. “mean?? What is going on with autopay? I have been using it for years with no issues. Last month autopay was paused by an agent ( it was a misunderstanding) and now I am overdue.
