Auto Pay Stopped

I have had AT&T for 6 years and have always had auto pay. I logged in today as I did not see the payment clear my bank account yet. I was shocked to see my bill was not paid as my card shows expiration 12/20. It also said my auto pay was not setup yet. I quickly manually paid the bill but now how do I know it will be auto pay next month? I have never been late on my payments and don't want this to ruin my credit score I have worked so hard to get back up after my divorce. I am also upset that I am not able to contact AT&T directly and I don't understand why I have to use a forum to get and answer.

Regarding your autopay concerns, there may have been a system error that disenrolled you. We recommend you re-enroll for autopay and monitor your account for the next billing cycle to see if this is resolved. If not, then feel free to reach back to us, so we can manually re-enroll you from our end.
