Auto Pay Stopped
I have had AT&T for 6 years and have always had auto pay. I logged in today as I did not see the payment clear my bank account yet. I was shocked to see my bill was not paid as my card shows expiration 12/20. It also said my auto pay was not setup yet. I quickly manually paid the bill but now how do I know it will be auto pay next month? I have never been late on my payments and don't want this to ruin my credit score I have worked so hard to get back up after my divorce. I am also upset that I am not able to contact AT&T directly and I don't understand why I have to use a forum to get and answer.
