att wireless discount for auto-payment

I signed up for automatic payments to my credit card.   I was told I would get a discount.   I don't see any discount for autopayment on my bill.  How is it supposed to show up on bill?  I'm on my fourth billing cycle.  How do I get the discount?  I was told it could be as much as 10 % so it would be significant discount for me.

There is no additional autopay discount for you since you are already getting the EMO discount. Read the details of your EMO discount, I’m pretty sure it says no autopay discount.

The autopay discount also requires paperless billing. Are you enrolled in paperless billing? The autopay discount also does not apply to all plans. What plan do you have?

I am signed up for paperless.. I got the following message:

Paperless billing is a condition of the AT&T Employee Discount Program Terms & Conditions.

If you’re getting an AT&T employee/retiree discount on your account, you won’t get a paper bill anymore.

@lcor Do you get $20 off per line? $10 for Autopay/Paperless and $10 for EMO?

@AndrewVlcek Again, customers getting the EMO discount do not get an autopay discount. The EMO discount is a % off, net a set number per line.

I'm getting so much conflicting information. I was told the emo gives $10 off per line on the new plans. The older plans was a percentage but the new ones it's $10 per line. Is that not true?

The Autopay/paperless billing discount is not eligible for EMO Discounting.

Eligibility verification, policy questions, and enrollment or login issues: 

  • Employees and retirees contact HR OneStop at 888.722.1STP (888.722.1787). 
  • Phone Support:  Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm (Central Time)
