ATT website has lost all payment information and won't accept new payment options.

ATT website has lost all payment information and won't accept new payment options. Of course... the chatbot is useless and I can't find a human to speak with. ANyone have any recommendations?

Thank you for reaching out. When you try to add new payment information, what error do you receive?

 

Is this a prepaid or postpaid account? If it's postpaid, try adding the information via the myAT&T app. You may also be able to add the payment information by calling 611 from the device and following the prompts.
