AT&T stole my phone and won't credit my account
I switched to ATT over a month ago because they were having a promotion where you would recieve $700 in account credits if you bought the new iPhone. I recieved a return label in the mail, sent it and haven't heard a thing from AT&T since. I've called their customer support 3 times and each time I've been told a case has been made and they would send me updates via text and email but they haven't. Essentially they stole my phone and haven't credited my account at all.
Has anyone else dealt with this and how did you get it resolved?
