AT&T steal my money!!!! AT&T next return
please help, i returned my Iphonex as part of the At&T next upgrade, and it showed on the website that the phone was returned to At&T return center on October the 9th. however, the charge of $575.00 appeared on my bill anyways in November, so i opened a case back then, and got a text saying the case was solved, so i thought the charge would then go off my bill.
to my surprise, i got charge $575.00 again on December 1st for that iphone again.
i called 611 several times, and they can't even help us, they transferred me to national solution center who doesn't' even know what AT&T next is, again, the knowledge of the AT&T reps really scares me sometimes.
my question would be will At&T ever return my $575.00?
update, 3 cases opened and closed, my money is still with AT&T, none of the employees at AT&T is willing to help me over this , although every single one agree that I should get my money back,
great at service AT&T, and I will create a new thread at your forum everyday until I get my money back

creating a new thread every day will only get you banned really quick, we are all just customers here and at&t billing will never see your post.perhaps a customer on here may be able to point you in a direction to resolve your conflict but nobody here is going to go to many threads you create, best to just use this one and wait for responses from other customers.

Well, thanks to their dumb system, I can crest as many usernames as I want, so they can ban me anytime
by the way, stop telling me what to do. They steal my money, it is my right to express my feelings on their forum,
