AT&T Signature Program - Unlimited Plan

What I don't understand is how the AT&T signature program does not cover Unlimited Plan costs if the discount is coming from a "corporate" discount program. This makes no sense to me. I feel AT&T has always been great about making us feel appreciated for being loyal customers for several years and tries to do certain things to show their appreciation and I am thankful for that. However not allowing a discount program to cover because it is from a cooperate program or because we have the unlimited plan just seems misleading.

Hi @tstillman01,

We appreciate the feedback, our Signature Program is based off an agreement with each individual company to set rules for what percentages, discounts, and/or fee waivers. This varies by company and some do include the unlimited plan as an eligible plan.

You know the discount isn’t applied by Verizon either.  And T-mo says it will match discounts by other carriers, but that doesn’t help if there isn’t one.

Generally only military and veterans get service discount on unlimited.  Your FAN number can be applied for other breaks on upgrade fees, accessories and in some cases phone deals.
