AT&T sales rep lied and scammed me. I used my services for 20 days but they now want to charge me for the full month?!
The day that I was moving to my new place, an AT&T rep came to my house. He offered us a "special offer" for a prepaid plan with 2 lines for$75 / month, however, my first bill was for $205.11. Im aware of the $30 activation fee but he "forgot" to mention that there is an extra $100/month cost for the lines. I immediately reported him and his scamming sales technique and canceled all services. I was told that I will receive a closing bill with the price of the bill being readjusted based on the amount of data I've used during the 15 days of using AT&T wireless services.
Now, it gets even funnier. My bill is still $205.11 as the "closing bill". ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!!!
SHAME ON YOU AT&T - You are asking for on another (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) since you are still letting your rep employed deceiving and unethical sales practice.
Thankfully I found out that another famous provider had a great offer with TRANSPARENT pricing, no stupid hidden charge and for 2 lines and 16gb data/line I now pay $75/month.
