ATT OVERBILLING FEDERAL LIFELINE PROGRAM & CUSTOMER REFUND

Today I have spent some considerable time being bounced from ATT to the FCC regarding the overbilling to ATT wireless services and my wanting to request a refund.

It would seem that ATT Customer Service are not capable of handling any request for a refund and passed me over to the FCC at (877) 819-9692, there a voice message requests that you go to <www.fcc.gov/att> to apply for the refund.  That site will not load and there are other ATT customers that are also unable to access this resource.  According the the CBS morning show, this is the last day to file a request for a refund.

I am requesting an extention until I and others are able to submit a claim.

Hi there @10BLad

I’m sorry to hear that the application page for refunds via the FCC is not loading for you. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with this issue as it concerns the FCC website. I would recommend attempting to speak with a representative via the FCC support line by dialing  888 225 5322 and choose options 1 -> 4 -> 0.

Thanks!

Charise
