AT&T is not honoring a promotion

AT&T is not honoring this promotion below free lg g8x thinq. I have spoken to multiple people and I have other screenshots as well but it’s not helping. How should I go about this?

Yes, new line and phone on that line. I was actually told by different people I qualify and I don’t. I filed a complaint with att directly through the bbb, they said I did. And someone called me back and said I didnt. I filed another complaint through the fcc and that person says I don’t...

If you opened a new line you qualify but also they do a credit check (not saying you have bad credit) but maybe that was the issue ? Try waiting the 3 months and see if it kick starts . They will also put that 4th bill with the 3months of payment you made in credits to you're bill . I hope they fix it for you !

they say it was online only, but the promotion doesn’t say online only. An AT&T rep on the phone said he would do the promotion for me

Yes agreed that wasnt online only I went to att in November and the dude told me the same deal he could get me a free dual screen case if I got the lg 8x because i didnt know about that same deal no one over the phone told me so I got 2 lines added with the lg 8 instead of the proration of like 5 dollars a month for the 8x . I'm glad they are helping you out . Dont hold ur breath on back office . They are (Edited per community guidelines) . I had to pay full price on my s9+ because back office denied my credits due to it being put in the days after my order was orginally ordered . From lack of info . And they wont let you speak to back office and sometimes have to keep calling to get a answer and wont always call back with a answer .

I called customer service and they said they can’t overrule corporate
