AT&T Hasn't received my NEXT upgrade phone
I recently upgraded my phone under the conditions that I return my old phone, which was in working order and had no physical defects. I mailed it on July 31, 2018. It is now August 14 and I still haven't received notification that AT&T has received the device. This greatly worries me because I've heard horror stories of AT&T adding the value of the phone to your bill and customer service will not help you. I already experienced this when a service rep told me "well, it's the Postal Service's problem."
I'm noticing this is incredibly common and I have no idea what to do. I have filed an investigation with USPS
