att first responder discount

Can the first responders discount be extended to people working in Retail like Walmart, Publix, Cosco, etc... ? We have been suppliyng the basic needs for the family and helping people since the beginning of the pandemia, at a very high level of risk.

Thanks for letting me know about the company decision. I hope AT&T keeps in mind about how important is to get good foods in the house so you can keep healthy and don't go to the doctor.

@caroline_gp2 Bear in mind that the discount is extended to those who use the FirstNet network. It is not available to those who are using the regular wireless service.

Shoutout to everyone who can remember their childhood phone number but can't remember the password they created yesterday.  You are my people.  😊

@Constructive That is actually not true. The first responder discount on regular unlimited plans has not been extended to doctors and nurses. Only Firstnet has been extended to doctors and nurses. They are two very different things.

@sandblaster i just assumed she was talking about first net as its the only first responder discount available i also assumed research was done on her end to know first net was an actual service and not for regular phone service

@caroline_gp2 You know many people would say why should you get a discount when you still have a job. Don’t get me wrong, I would have no issue with it and I do appreciate those working to keep us supplied. FYI, Walmart employees already get a discount. Other retail chains might also.
