ATT FAILED TO CHARGE FOR PHONE BILL
I am enrolled with AutoPay on my service plan. I had a phone bill payment due on 7/7/20 for $87 and I did not have sufficient funds in my account, though I received an email notifying me that my payment with auto pay was successful. The next day, 7/8/20 I added the correct funds to my account ($87), thinking the money would automatically be taken out. It is now 7/9/20 and my phone is still on, I have no amount due, but I have still not been charged for the bill. Why is this happening? Is my account going to be over drafted? Will my phone service be shut off? Am I going to suffer consequences for this? I have tried contacting ATT store and getting this sorted out but all anyone will tell me is that I have no amount due. I need this sorted out please and thank you.
