ATT error and service is still suspended!

After several hours and 3 different billing specialists and representative finally found the error on AT&Ts part and promised to have my service activated within 2 hours. Its now been 5 hours and I still don't have service.
Spouse is at work and we can't make any calls.
These are the reasons people cancel service.
ANYONE care to help?

Now after 15 hours still no progress. AT&T just doesn't care about their customers

It's not useless at all. It seems it's not very useful for what you are needing, though.

You should restart your phone and then contact AT&T via phone if it still isn't working.

I have restarted it several times. As far as contacting AT&T again. Can't call out still and all the chat links seem to disappear when logged in with a billing problem.

This forum is for users to communicate with users to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user. Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that browse the forums there is simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them. The most effective way to get any issues resolved in the forums is to send them a private message directly with all pertinent information and wait for a response, Some of us are employees but we are here to represent the forum with our knowledge and do not represent AT&T with our responses.
