Att Drop Calls On My Device

I am Having Drop Calls On My Device Since 10-21-19. And Yet The Phone Att Agents Is Not Interested In Solving My Problem

Or Reimbursing Me On My Line For The Inconvenience While Doing Business On My Att Issue Apple Device.

Plus, My Signal Strengh Is Always 1-Bar On My Device. Plus My Company Is Paying The Monthly Payment.

Finally, After 15- Years With ATT, I am Force To Switch To T-Moble.

One feature that we definitely recommend to help improve call quality is to take advantage of the wifi calling feature on your device. We understand that not all areas have the best coverage available, so we offer the wifi calling where available to improve your signal strength and call quality.
