AT&T absurd returns processing
I have been told countless times that the returns team has my returned unopened iphone but 5th rep i spoke to would not give me a timeframe of how long it would take for the phone to be inspected so that the “park” could be removed from my line.
The phone was unopened, it isn’t right to hold my account up from ordering the correct phone when I did everything timely and correctly on my end.
I need my line updated so i can get the new phone that was meant to be purchased, please!
Has anyone else experienced this?
I have gotten different responses from each rep i’ve spoken to over the phone.
This is beyond frustrating..
we even bought phones through. T-mobile and took them back because i wanted to stay with AT&T, then get treated like this. It’s absurd to expect customers to wait when AT&T has possession of the returned unopened phone!
I will make the switch to T-mobile or Verizon if this isn’t addressed immediately!
