Anyone else get billed when you never had service?!

Too long of a story but I ordered 3 phones then seen the fine print I was lied to on price. I tried canceling the order online, over the phone(at & t)and contacted cricket. They all said wait for the package don't open it and take it to an at&t store. WRONG. They said I need a shipping label. Got one sent it back within 10 days. I was told I wouldn't be billed a penny. Yet.......I've been disputing charges on my bank acct for 1 month +. They still owe $150 and REFUSE to reimburse me. I wasted my day off because of these trash dealing with calls,etc. Now I have to printout my proof that they're liars n thief to my bank. My bank is everywhere and 2 separate reps said this isn't new. It happens slot with these thiefs
