ANR Account

Hey I have an anr account through best buy and a couple of months ago our email system changed and my actual email address changed. Somehow that removed the soc code for the anr discount and I can't get it reapplied. Tried going to the att.com/dep website like customer service said to do, but it didn't accomplish anything. If you have a solution please let me know
