added account to my service

I added someone to my service and I'm regretting it. They ask a bunch of questions as to why the bill is high (it was the 1st bill and practically 2 months worth of service) and it takes me to have to remind and ask for their portion of the payment. This has made me late and my bill is so high because of it. Does anyone know what I should do or how I can get them off of my account and have one for themself? I'm not trying to lose a friend but I cant do this anymore. I hate reminding someone and I hate not being able to cover my bill!

You would have to do a transfer of billing responsibility and they would have to accept.

 If they have purchased a phone, you would not be able to just cancel their line in order to get rid of them. You have to get them to accept the transfer

I have been thinking about that but not understanding,does transferring billing responsibility mean that she will be in control of my account also or will it just be her stuff?
