How do I activate a hotspot device that I already have?

To activate your Hotspot you'll need to select a plan then simply follow these instructions:

Turn on your mobile hotspot device.
Press and hold the power button for two seconds on the Wi-Fi capable device you want to connect and then open your Wi-Fi/network connection manager.
Find your AT&T PREPAID mobile hotspot's Wi-Fi network name (UNITE-xxxx) and connect.
Enter your AT&T PREPAID mobile hotspot's Wi-Fi password. It's displayed on the screen of your mobile hotspot.
Launch your Internet browser.

Please be advised that http://attwifimanager can only be accessed from the phone, tablet, or laptop connected to the mobile hotspot device.
