Account out of control

I have been trying to resolve to major issues on my account. I spend at least 6 hours a week on the phone with various ATT customer service department’s ranging from fraud, loyalty, billing, UVerse etc. 4 months ago I bought 2 phones. They sent me the wrong one and I returned it. They didn’t process the return. Instead they charged me $830. I have filed 4 cases and they have all been closed. The latest has been pending for 12 days. Secondly, they are not honoring my BOGO deal I originally ordered these phones on. I am over it. I’m about to purchase both phones and bail. I have been with ATT, same number for 18 years. What is going on.

I have spent over 40 hours on the phone and was bounced around between a ton of service departments managers, supervisors etc. I spent 6 days at at least 4-9 hours on each time over the course of 5 months. I used the chat function. I used phone. Thanks for the super awesome detailed help on that forum though. Super!

All BOGO deals require a new service, usually a new line/number for the free phone.   If you did not add a new line for the free phone, you didn’t meet the primary requirement.   
    If you check the current sales pages, you will note they all require new line for the deals.

 

  As for the return, can you track the number through USPS and Newgistics to see where the phone is?

Has it been tracked to warehouse?   If yes, file a BBB complaint
