Account out of control
I have been trying to resolve to major issues on my account. I spend at least 6 hours a week on the phone with various ATT customer service department’s ranging from fraud, loyalty, billing, UVerse etc. 4 months ago I bought 2 phones. They sent me the wrong one and I returned it. They didn’t process the return. Instead they charged me $830. I have filed 4 cases and they have all been closed. The latest has been pending for 12 days. Secondly, they are not honoring my BOGO deal I originally ordered these phones on. I am over it. I’m about to purchase both phones and bail. I have been with ATT, same number for 18 years. What is going on.
