7 reps on Chat, 2x rude supervisors, still no help, all in the last 1.5 hrs

I've spoken  to 7 different reps via chat, 2 supervisors (the last of which disconnected the chat when I asked for verification that they would be setting up a call with the Loyalty dept).  I have copies of the chat, and unfortunately still have a billing issue that is unresolved.  Anyone at ATT that can actually help???

I was overcharged on a bill when I added a line.  I chatted in w/ 7 different reps, who all said they could help.  I was transferred multiple times  Then was told to call  the general ATT number, which I did.  After over an hr, I still have no answers and no help

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account, we can only answer questions. Why exactly do you think you were overcharged?  If calls aren’t getting results, you can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
