7 reps on Chat, 2x rude supervisors, still no help, all in the last 1.5 hrs
I've spoken to 7 different reps via chat, 2 supervisors (the last of which disconnected the chat when I asked for verification that they would be setting up a call with the Loyalty dept). I have copies of the chat, and unfortunately still have a billing issue that is unresolved. Anyone at ATT that can actually help???
