7 months of double billed unresolved issues no matter how much i beg for help in store and on the phone
I had a major wreck in July sadly lifeflight didnt take my personal belongings and phone ipad ect were left in the car then stolen. I have spent the past 7 + months trying to get resolution to 1. billing for devices ive requested to be removed numerous times. 2. billing as a whole have less and pay more than we did with cable internet and phones. have internet now and phones but pay over 100.00 more a month?????
#3!!!!!! my wreck required me to file insurance claim on phone and i pad. phone was received over a week later paid for up front. ipad though somehow was a cluster for time energy and space to write. However i pad was ordered about a month after phone again insurance claim again also paid but i pad never received. this went on for weeks. End of oct i had to file the whole claim again and yeah had to give my cc info for the 3rd time. Got ipad finally have a conf number given when the double billing occurred but told it was a mistake and the agent was wrong so i skip the drama and get certified back records showing all 3 payments have cleared but 2 devices. now i have at&t blaming asurion and asurion blaming at&t for fault and accountability. at the end of the day billing goes out from at&t we are about to have our phones shut off for that past billing amount. I just want to go with a different company for the first time in over 20 years. I can do a thing until this is resolved and beyond past my limits
