48 hour extension
Need a 48 hour extension on my bill (payday)
I travel for a living and mgmt phone is a huge part of my job. Can't afford to be cut off. The cut off is just shy of payday. Any help??

You can apply for a payment arrangement on your online account that will prevent suspension. The payment arrangement must be made before the bill is past due.

I really need to get another extension on my bill but it is due today, will I be able to get the extension without my services being cut off? I thought you guys were open today, and I totally forgot about it. If I can get an extension until this weekend or next Monday I would be greatly appreciate it so much.

@licensedrpr Do it on the computer at att.com, don't do it with a human (the computer seems to override the humans).
I know you have to do it before it's overdue, I'm not sure if you can do it the day that it is due.
