$35 charge for a "restoral fee"?
I received a $35 charge for a "restoral fee" but my phone was never suspended. I've never not had service so why am I being charged a restoral fee?
Also, why doesn't AT&T have email or text options for contacting them? It's difficult to be sit on hold with them while at work.

We can’t see your account, you have to ask them. ATT has chat, calls and some say social media has worked. No email.
