$250 Rebate Card

Still waiting for email instructions to get $250 rebate for porting a line over back in July.

Called in last few months and was told many employees are working from home and Covid is causing delays.

Today I was told I waited too long??  I waited too long, I have no action?

What is the real story, how do I get my rebate?

I do have transcript from July port.

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your rewards card offer. Allow us to get you in the right direction!

 

The rewards offer redemption process starts within 6 weeks of activation depending on service eligibility. 

 

With a valid email address, the Virtual Reward Notification email will be sent. If there is no email address on file, the notification will arrive by U.S. mail. Please know that the reward must be claimed by the date on the notification, or it expires.

 

For additional assistance regarding your rewards card claim, please contact our AT&T Rewards Center at: 800.288.9983 which are available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.

What if I have not received any email or US mail?  I already connected AT&T Rewards Center and they were zero help including management.  They had nothing on file, of course not I did submit anything.  BUT I have been trying since Sep/Oct and have received no instructions what to do?  This seems like a SCAM at this point based on my Googling, lots of people with same issue.

Who can I contact at AT&T not the Rewards Center!

I have made no progress and received no email or US mail.  I am told this offer has expired BUT I never got instructions what a SCAM.  AT&T makes a mistake and blames the customer, are u kidding.


At this point this appears to be hopeless.  Again Googling this topic shows many people have had this issue.

Who can I contact at AT&T not the Rewards Center!  NO RESPONCE!

At this point all I can do is report to the BBB as false advertising.
