Your agent terminate our numbers by mistake
This happened yesterday (June 14). the story is I was trying to prepare to cancel all our 5 numbers in the postpaid family plan in the end of this bill cycle, which is on June 28. But when the agent did it , he immediately terminated it. Not as I asked for. We , 5 people, have no phone service. I have been asking them to restore the numbers and continue my service until the bill cycle ends. But they said I have to buy prepaid to continue my service. This is really bad service I got. I have to pay full price that I can use 2 weeks instead of 4weeks.
By now, we don’t want the numbers back.we want the discount like 50% because we cannot use half of the duration of the plan by your mistake.
