Xbox won’t connect to wireless internet.

I’ve reset Xbox I’ve powered it off and unplugged power cable for a few mins and turned back on, I’ve reset the internet router I’ve done all the advanced setting things. Nothing works at all and the same with my brothers ps4 same thing but his PC works.

Hi @Kademo2023,

Thank you for reaching out to us! We understand that you're facing difficulties connecting your Xbox to the internet, and we're here to assist you.

Please try connecting the Xbox to the internet using the IP passthrough.

To connect your Xbox to an AT&T router using IP Passthrough, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the AT&T Gateway by typing the address of the gateway into the address bar of your internet browser.
  2. Navigate to “Home Network” and then “IP Allocation.”
  3. Select “allocate” to the right of your Xbox that is shown in the device list.
  4. From the drop-down menu by the “New Allocation” field, select the “private fixed” IP address that is already assigned to your Xbox. It’s shown above. Click “save.”
  5. Go to Firewall -> IP Passthrough -> Set Allocation Mode to Passthrough Mode: DHCPS-fixed, then select the MAC address of your router from the list.

These steps should enable IP Passthrough on your AT&T router and allow you to connect your Xbox to it.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
