WRONG last name shows up on caller ID when I call a land line.
Wrong last name shows up on Caller ID when I call a land line. I have reported this up the wazoo. At&t is incapable and incompetent to fix this problem. And NO ONE will give you a case number to follow up because they don't know how to fix this problem !

What shows up on caller id is something you can control yourself through your account.
