wrong international calling bill
Hi,
My account was billed for International calling. We always use third party app for making the international calls but when i reported this issue i was told that since it is billed nothing could be done.
Could someone @ATTCares help on this issue ?

Do the calls show on your usage reports?
open your myATT account, bill page, scroll down and select usage. Select the line billed.
If the number shows, then your call went over ATT cellular.
Calls I make through Facebook show on my ‘talk’ usage.

This isn't necessarily a mistake. If you make a call from your phone, it can be billed by the carrier at any time. Some apps like Vonage or WhatsApp actually have in their terms and conditions that they still use airtime, even if you have Wi-Fi turned on.
